89th vs 88th Session

  • Last session, about 1 in 4 bills came from Democrats. This session it was closer to 1 in 5.

  • House: In the House, Democrats held steady. About 1 in 5 bills last time, and a little better at 1 in 4 this time.

  • Senate: In the Senate, though, Democrats slipped. From almost 2 in 5 bills last session down to just over 1 in 4 this time.
